Pam VanderPloeg, Director

Pamela VanderPloeg is an architectural researcher, photo journalist, and founder of Architecture Grand Rapids, a site dedicated to documenting the architectural history of the city of Grand Rapids. She is the former Assistant Director of the 19-library Kent District Library in Kent County and worked closely with local Kent County communities engaged in the building of new libraries. VanderPloeg also teaches architectural history classes for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and has a book in the works on Grand Rapids Architects and Builders 1870-1970.
